Lacking motivation to explore any more of Ubud or the surrounding areas, I spent most of the next four days at the hostel making progress on my classes. By Wednesday, I was one function implementation away from completing my functional programming course and had completed the first week of the final course in Coursera's probabilistic graphical models series, but I had become tired of the monotony and Ubud and decided to leave the next morning for a town in the east part of Bali, Padangbai.
